What to include
Include your device model, iOS version, the screen you were using, and your Apple Account currency. Explain what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot can help, but first hide your name, email, payment information, transaction identifiers, and any other personal details.
For a planning question, include the amount you entered and the plan shown. Never send an Apple Account password, verification code, card details, recovery key, or remote-access invitation. The developer will never request those secrets.
Purchases, charges, and refunds
Apple processes payments and owns App Store billing records. The Zero Balance developer cannot complete a purchase, issue a refund, or change an Apple Account balance. Use reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support for those requests.

Privacy and business enquiries
Questions about data handling, website security, press references, or product listings can use the same email address. A postal address and phone number are not published or used for customer support. The privacy policy explains what the app does not collect and how inventory stays in a private iCloud container.
