## Common issues

### The plan overshoots my balance by a few cents

Expected behaviour: if your leftover is below the cheapest tier combination, the minimum overage is a few cents. The plan-review screen shows the exact number before you confirm.

### A purchase will not go through

Usually an Apple-side issue, not the app: stale payment info, re-authentication needed, no network. Open Settings -> Apple Account -> Payment Method, check the details, and retry.

### My inventory is not syncing between devices

Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID and iCloud Drive is on. Sync can take up to a minute.

### I want a refund

Refunds are issued by Apple, not us. Open reportaproblem.apple.com in a browser, sign in with your Apple ID, and pick the purchase.

### Response time

Usually within one business day. Complex questions may take longer - in that case we will reply to acknowledge.
