# Where is my inventory stored?

Short answer

In your own iCloud, private to your Apple ID. We never see your purchases or your inventory.

## In more detail

Zero Balance uses CloudKit (Apple's framework) to sync your inventory and purchase history into your private iCloud container. "Private" here is a technical term: the data is encrypted, lives under your Apple ID, and the app developer has no read access. If you sign out of iCloud, the data stays in your container on Apple's servers; if you delete the app, your local cache goes but the iCloud copy remains until Apple's normal cleanup. We collect zero personal information.
