Yes. Every purchase lands in your private inventory. Non-consumables stay forever. Consumables can be used inside the app.

## In more detail

Non-consumable items (toys, clothes, etc.) live in your inventory permanently and re-download to any device signed into your Apple ID. Consumables (food, warmth) can be used inside the app to interact with the on-screen companion - they get spent rather than stockpiled. Everything is yours and is part of the normal Apple in-app purchase system - if you change devices later, signing back into the same Apple ID restores the non-consumables for free.
